Marco Bolgiani is married with two children and holds a degree in Business and Economics from Bocconi University. Chairman and CEO of 441 Trust Co.. A banker by career, he held major banking roles as Head of Intesa SanPaolo Subsidiary Bank Division, Head of UniCredit Global Transaction Banking and CEO of UniCredit Private Bank. Before joining UniCredit, he was the CEO of Eptaconsors, an Italian investment bank. He started his career with Citibank, N.A.. Previous Board roles as NED with Salini Impregilo (now Webuild) and the Italian Stock Exchange.
